Smalti, marble, honey onyx

i started this leaf (lynn moor's design) in lynn's smalti intensive workshop in may 2009, and have just finished it up... all by me onesies. this was my first serious attempt with b cuts... very messy... very hard to cut. the focus of the lesson for the class was shading and blending. just for me... because she likes me so much (haha)... lynn had me try this andamento and cutting technique, after the spillimbergo style. i'll have to see how well lynn thinks i did, because i am not quite sure.
